For agencies

Meddex for agencies and academies.

If you prepare nurses and doctors for the DHA licensing exam or EMREE, your candidates can use Meddex today. Team accounts do not exist yet. They would start as a pilot that we set up with you by hand.

Who this is for

Recruitment agencies, training academies and healthcare staffing firms that help clinicians get ready for the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing exam or the Emirates Medical Residency Entrance Examination (EMREE). Your candidates are mostly nurses and physicians. Those are the two professions with a question bank large enough for full mock exams.

Meddex is a self-study tool for the individual candidate. It does not replace your coaching, and it does not manage your cohort. Below is what is true today, what a pilot would look like and what we do not offer.

What you can do today

No agreement is needed. Candidates use Meddex like anyone else.

  • Free accounts for each candidate. Each candidate creates their own free Meddex account. There is nothing for you to buy, install or configure first.
  • Practice, mocks and flashcards. Original DHA-style questions with explanations, timed mock exams, subject tests, spaced-repetition flashcards and a study planner. The free plan limits full-length mocks. See pricing for what it includes. See pricing
  • Final Hour. A short revision plan and checklist for the last stretch before the exam. Candidates use it on their own.
  • Study plans you can share. The DHA and EMREE exam guides include study plans and checklists. They are public pages, so you can send a link to a candidate or add it to your own course notes.
  • Recommended reading paths. The blog groups guides into reading paths, for example Plan your preparation and Know the exam. Point a candidate to the path that fits their exam.

What a pilot would look like

  1. You request a trial. Send the form on this page. Tell us who you are, which exams your candidates sit and roughly how many you prepare each year.
  2. We reply by email. We reply to the work email you gave and ask what you want to find out. Not every request will be a fit for a pilot, and we will say so plainly.
  3. We set up a pilot cohort by hand. A pilot is arranged manually with a small group of your candidates, each on their own free account. There is no self-service sign-up for organisations.
  4. You tell us what works. We ask for feedback during and after the pilot. You can also ask for topics or question types you want covered. We decide what goes into the bank.

What we do not offer yet

We would rather say this now than have you find out later.

  • Team or organisation accounts, seat management or a shared login.
  • A dashboard or report that shows you how your candidates are doing. Each candidate’s progress stays in their own browser, and we cannot see it either.
  • White-labelling, your own logo or domain, or single sign-on.
  • Bulk invitations, licence keys or invoicing for groups.
  • Agency pricing. No prices exist for organisations, and none are quoted here.
  • Any promise about results. We do not promise that a candidate will pass, and we do not process licence applications.

Candidate data and privacy

  • Meddex does not ask you for candidate lists. Candidates make their own accounts, and their study data stays in their own browser. We cannot see it.
  • The trial form collects business contact details only: organisation, your name, work email, country, approximate numbers, exams and any notes you add. We use them to reply to you.
  • Please do not put candidate names, licence details or patient information in the form or in emails to us.
  • Details of what we collect, why and for how long are in the Privacy Policy.

Request an agency trial

Tell us a little about your organisation. A request is not an order and commits you to nothing.
