DHA licence by country.
Country guides for the DHA licence. India now, other countries later.
Short answer: This page lists the countries Meddex has a DHA licence guide for. Today that is India only. DHA's own rules are the same for every applicant, and only the home-country steps change, such as which council issues your good standing certificate. Other countries will be added only after we have read their official pages.
Countries covered now
One country is covered. Each guide says what we read and what we could not confirm.
| Country | Who it covers | Status | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| India | Nurses, doctors, pharmacists and dentists, with notes for Kerala nurses | Available now | Read the guide |
India guides: DHA licence from India, Kerala nurses, Indian pharmacists and dentists, Indian doctors.
What is the same for every country
DHA's rules do not change with your country. Every applicant follows the same order: Sheryan account and self-assessment, meeting the PQR, a positive primary source verification (PSV) result through DataFlow, and the assessment if the title needs one. The exam is in English. A good standing certificate has to be valid and not older than six months when you apply.
What does change is the home side: which council or regulator holds your registration, which body issues the good standing certificate, how your university releases records, and how long each takes. DHA's PQR also lists recognised qualifications and exam equivalencies by country, so your country can change which title you qualify for and whether you are exempt from the exam.
Other countries come later
We do not have guides for the Philippines, Pakistan, Egypt, Nigeria, the UK, Ireland or other countries yet. We will add a country only after reading the official pages of its councils and recording what we saw, as we did for India. We will not publish a country page from other websites' summaries.
If your country is not listed, use the DHA documents directly: the PQR, the Sheryan Self-Assessment Tool and the Sheryan FAQ. Then find your own regulator through your national council or ministry website, and read what it says about verification and good standing certificates for use abroad.
How we check
Each country guide has a research note with the source address, the date we read it, a label (official, reported or not confirmed) and short quotes. Where a page could not be read, the guide says so and sends you to the council. Guides show a last checked date and are re-read before they are changed. We do not quote fees or present timelines as facts unless a DHA document states them.
Meddex prepares candidates for the DHA licensing exam and the EMREE exam. It does not prepare for any Indian council process, does not issue certificates and is not connected to any council, DHA, DataFlow or Prometric.
Meddex is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Prometric, UAE University or the National Institute of Health Specialties (NIHS). Always confirm exam details on the official websites. Last reviewed .
