Nothing is charged today
Meddex is free to use and takes no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Paid plans are planned but not open: there is no checkout, no price and no subscription.
Choosing or editing a plan in the app does not charge you and does not unlock paid features.
If paid plans launch
Before anyone can buy, we will show the plan, the price, the billing period, whether it renews, how to cancel and the refund terms, and we will update this policy first. No refund window or renewal rule applies until then, and nothing on this page promises one.
Your consumer rights
This policy sits alongside your legal rights. In the UAE, the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and its executive regulations apply to consumers. If you live somewhere else, your own country may give you more rights.
